In accordance with current legislation, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise their right of withdrawal. To do so, they must notify their decision to the seller by email (contact@onemizer.com) or by mail to the following address: Onemizer, MBE, Suite #211, 20 avenue Paul Seramy 77870 Vulaines sur seine FRANCE. The products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and in their original packaging. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product. We will be obliged to refuse the right of withdrawal in the event of a damaged or used product returned. If the return is validated, the refund will be made within 14 days to the payment method used when ordering.
